The Hotel Assassination pays off in more ways than one: Franklin moves the story forward, gets a new place in Vinewood Hills, and opens up an opportunity to profit from pharmaceutical shares. If you're browsing GTA 5 Accounts, remember that this assignment belongs to the single-player campaign. Lester gives Franklin the job, but the shooting is only part of it. You'll get more out of the mission by sorting out your investments and escape route before heading to the hotel. There's no need to make it complicated.

Plan your exit before taking the shot

A clean escape starts before Brett Lowrey appears. Bring a quick car, park it somewhere easy to reach, and leave yourself room to pull away. Don't wedge it behind traffic or put it where you'll need an awkward turn. Once the target drops, get moving. Staying around to fight security adds trouble without helping the objective. If police pick you up, use side streets and corners to break their view, then keep out of sight until the wanted level clears.

Get Franklin ready for Lester

If the assignment isn't showing up, check who's active first. You need Franklin, not Michael or Trevor. Then check your story progress and Lester's map marker. Friend Request is part of the earlier story setup, but don't treat finishing one mission as proof that every later assignment should already be available. When the job appears, head to Lester's meeting point at Del Perro Beach. Buy any equipment beforehand. A scoped weapon gives you breathing room, while a suppressor can help keep the approach quieter.

Wait for a clear view

At the Von Crastenburg Hotel in Rockford Hills, resist the urge to rush towards the entrance. The checkout timer gives you time to find a position overlooking the doors. The nearby parking structure offers useful angles, although you'll still need to check that nothing blocks your view. Lowrey usually appears in a pink shirt with security nearby. Watch the target, not the crowd. You want one clear opportunity rather than a hurried shot that leaves you scrambling to recover.

Choose your position before the timer ends.
Identify Lowrey as he leaves.
Take the shot and reach your vehicle.

Make the result worth the preparation

The investment side deserves attention before you accept the assignment, not after you've completed it. Lester's information points towards pharmaceutical stocks, so listen carefully and make your purchases ahead of the target's death. For players interested in Grand Theft Auto V Money, that's the key distinction: the mission reward and any stock profits are separate gains. After escaping, let Franklin's call to Lester and the completion sequence play out. Then check your portfolio rather than assuming the best selling moment has arrived immediately.
